Job Purpose:

• Accounting of sustainable products purchased and sold by Kyiv and Geneva offices.
• Support the Kyiv and Geneva business by managing the full ISCC administration of incoming and outgoing certified ISCC products including Mass Balance administration per: entity, crop, storage location and calendar quarter
• Performing GHG calculations for cultivation and transportation
• Reporting ISCC (real time and forward position) of ISCC credits

Liaising with other departments to ensure that they understand and use ISCC certification opportunities in effective manner

Responsibilities:

Work with the business to define and priorities ISCC changes/implementations/updates.

Project Management Activities:

• Manage ISCC system updates, system enhancements
• Manage accounting of sustainable products
• Responsible for all ISCC documentation
• Manage and coordinate suppliers
• Specify functional and reporting requirements based on requirements
• Gathering requirements for system enhancements

Business and System Analyst Activities

• Manage and train the field representatives (first control farmers declarations)
• Manage and train the assistant sustainability administrator
• Acting as the first contact for ISCC suppliers, internal traders and forwarding departments.
• Manage and co-ordinate suppliers

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in commodities execution
• Expert knowledge of the full Mass Balance
• GHG calculation tool
• Knowledge of the requirements as set by the ISCC and/or GMP+FSA certification schemes
• Exhibit flexibility, initiative and innovation to deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player
• Problem solving
• Ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to completion
• Ability to communicate in a high-pressure environment
• Outstanding accuracy
• English - Advanced
