With offices located in Silicon Valley and St. Petersburg, we're expanding the customer support coverage. We are looking for ambitious, hardworking people to join the company. You will have the opportunity to work for an American company, learn new skills, and contribute to an exciting product! At Datanyze, you will be a member of a dynamic team and contribute to our sales intelligence platform, helping businesses uncover, research and reach the right prospects at the right time.

This position is open for candidates residing in the Russian Far East, and willing to work Thursday through Monday. Please DO NOT apply if you live somewhere else.

About You:

• You understand the only reason we exist as a company is to make our customers successful. You are excellent at managing a significant volume of activities and working with a team to solve problems that help our customers get the most out the Datanyze solution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming requests from customers, assist in the verification of problems they describe, and collaborate with our team to identify solutions.
• Help customers with their requests for information
• Work closely with our Customer Success team in Silicon Valley
• Respond to the customer so that they can understand that we are addressing their problems or questions
• Understand customers needs and help them discover how our product can meet those needs

Must-haves:

• Excellent writing skills in English
• Amazing organizational skills
• Ability to understand our business applications
• Presenting yourself in a professional and friendly manner with a willingness to assist
• Passion for working on something to drive to a solution
• Detail-oriented mentality
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel / Google Apps (Spreadsheets)

Nice-to-haves:

• Customer service experience
• Database management experience
• Startup experience
