Now we're looking for dedicated, responsible and motivated Financial Business Developer to join our team!

Key responsibilities:

• Negotiate contractual terms with Payment Service Providers (PSP) or Acquiring Banks for new or additional services
• Strengthen the relationship with existing partners form the online payment industry by
• Check and ensure the Legal and other terms of agreements are beneficial for the company
• Search for an additional operational bank account for the existing business.
• Risk VS gain evaluation of each perspective partnership.
• Develop partner plans that are reviewed and updated quarterly Identify and nurture key influencer relationships within the partner organization

Skills and experience:

• 2-4 years' successful sales/account management experience in the payments industry (preferably in the PSP space)
• The previous experience with various CC systems for online payments, highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience, engaging and influencing senior executives
• Understanding of money flow in the cross border E-commerce business, highly desirable.
• Team player - must be able to collaborate in a team
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Fluent English, verbal and written;
• fluency in other European languages is a good addition.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to perform and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of stress tolerance when needed.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Ability to "speak your mind"
• Attention to the details.

Other Skills & Abilities:

• PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment)
• Excel advance user.
• Knowledge of mechanisms of online payment systems.
