Responsibilities:

• Legal support of increasing marketing activities, including new marketing tools and programs (promo actions, in Internet, social media and other), advice on for the advertising legislation; review of marketing materials; legal authorization of some artworks
• Legal support of regulatory activities: drafting and implementation of different clinical study and non-disclosure contracts, SOPs on the different activities in the regulatory area (clinical studies, proctorship, samples distribution), legal advice in the registration process, government inspections
• Contracts: support drafting, negotiation, implementation, approval and audit of the different types of contracts (manufacturing, packaging, licensing, customs representation, storage, distribution, marketing, lease, gratuitous use, donation, service); authorization of the contract documents accordingly to the internal authorization procedure.
• Compliance: monitoring compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation and Global Code and identification of the potential risk areas; providing legal support to the management team, including Regulatory and Medical functions; advice on the issues of fraud, corruption, antimonopoly and other related issues; participation in internal investigations and audits; development and implementation of internal regulations on interaction with HCP / HCO, Russian localization of Global Code, sponsorship and donation, marketing materials approval and other polices; running of compliance trainings

Requirements:

• High education-Law Institute or University

• Not less than 4-5 years of legal FMCG/Pharma experience

• Good knowledge of advertising legislation, antimonopoly legislation, contract law

• English - good level
