Job duties:

• Advise clients and companies on white-collar crimes including advising on regulatory investigations undertaken by both domestic and international regulators, whistle-blower investigations and fraud investigations issues;
• Representing clients in general and specialized courts of all levels (civil, commercial, administrative etc.) or before government agencies including before law enforcement agencies;
• Drafting various legal documents, briefs and opinions;
• Collection of evidence in order to commence a lawsuits or prepare a defense.

Key requirements:

• Attorney-at-law certificate is obligatory;
• Perfect command of Ukrainian and Russian, advanced command of English;
• Experience of working for international companies and their management teams is an advantage;
• Experience in legal support on criminal proceedings (including the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine);
• Experience in forensic internal investigations and/or ACFE certificate is an advantage;
• Zero tolerance to corruption.
