• Conducting introductory briefings;
• Coordination of HSE training;
• Training and instructing employees responsible for HSE functions at KGNT locations;
• Maintain communication on HSE in the Company;
• Track changes in legislation in the field of HSE and share knowledge with the heads of departments;
• Client cooperation as and when required;
• Cooperation with state inspectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other state bodies as required;
• Demonstration of high personal adherence to the HSE standards;
• Development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System in the departments;
• Apply company’s IMS standards and, where appropriate, HSE policies and Client’s management system;
• Participation in certification audits for compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 by third parties;
• Conducting internal audits of management system compliance;
• Update information on the corporate portal on HSE KGNT to improve management and access to information related to HSE;
• Advising on all aspects of risk management in all projects;
• Organization and monitoring of the process of voluntary health insurance;
• Organization and control of obligatory annual prof. inspections;
• Work with management: discussion of all aspects of the management system and its effective implementation in the units;
• Monitoring the implementation of identified actions to improve;
• Control incidents, accidents and non-compliance reports.

• Higher education (Bachelor, Master) - Technical or Environmental;
• Work experience in HSE for at least 5 years;
• Expert knowledge of legislation, rules and regulations in the field of HSE, understanding of concepts and trends in this area;
• Knowledge of requirements of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001;
• Knowledge of English;
• Mobility, ready to business trips.
