The vacancy exists for Drone operator (UAV)/Observer in Tengiz/Atyrau
Job Description:
- Perform the role as UAV observer in conjunction with company process, procedures, manuals, and training
- Develop and work towards the UAV pilot role
- Set up, update, maintain all the UAV equipment as required
- Process the end deliverable for the customer as requested and required
- Collect the required information and submit daily flight planning requests
- Work with local authorities and manage all Kazakh permissions, permits, and all requirements that arise
- Work with the local Civil Aviation Committee and monitor regulations, and implement any requirements that arise
- Assist in developing and implementing the OPS manuals
- Liaise closely with the end customer to organize access, transport, safety requirements, special requests, and so on
- Prepare daily reports and shift handover
- Actively participate in company and customer safety events and lead the policy.
Job Requirements:
- University degree. Preferably in Computer Sciences or Engineering
- UAV experience is preferable
- English language proficiency is a must
- Computer proficient
- Attend and graduate the provided UAV pilot training provided by the company
- Complete all client requested and required trainings
- Flexible and willing to work irregular hours and shift work at oil field sites
- Must work independently with significant forethought abilities
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Self starter, responsible and problem solver
- To be well organized and self disciplined
- To have excellent attention to details
- To be reliable and stress tolerant
- Easygoing and creative person
- Ability to work as part of a team
