☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

Main objective:

  • Execution of Bank’s Compliance program in Financial Economic Crime (FEC) area, incl. AML/CTF, KYC, Sanctions etc., and Non-FEC area, incl. Anti-Bribery Corruption (ABC), Compliance pillars in FATCA, CRS etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise employees on Compliance risk management thereby helping Bank to carry on business successfully and in conformity with external and internal standards;
  • Act as responsible officer (or as back of such an officer) vis-?-vis local regulators as required by Russian law and regulations related to Compliance (115-FZ), which will be required dependent on the capacity needs;
  • Identification and reporting on suspicious customers’ transactions and transactions subject to compulsory control in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations;
  • Regulatory developments and monitoring. Keep abreast of the constantly changing regulatory environment. Monitor Bank’s compliance with local regulations on FEC and non-FEC;
  • Development, maintenance and conducting of an on-going Compliance training and education program on FEC area;
  • Proper implementation of new or updated Compliance policies (actively providing feed-back to new initiatives, gap analysis, updates of local procedures, awareness and training);
  • Compliance monitoring: drive review, keep up to date and execute against Compliance Chart and Compliance monitoring, including tests of effectiveness and tests of design. Quality of CDD & Customer Activity Monitoring; correspondent banks, by means of spot checks on clients transactions, clients files etc. Act as challenger of first line of defense monitoring activities;
  • Reporting of and responding to compliance risk related incidents. Action-tracking of the resolution of all Compliance-related audit or regulatory findings and related actions. Ensure transparency of all Compliance related topics in Bank’s risk management system, focus on the quality of data in the system and follow-up on the actions agreed;
  • New product and business initiatives: analysis of the appropriateness of controls designed to manage Compliance risks, provide recommendations and collaborate with the business on developing mitigating controls etc;
  • Liaison with relevant regulators and provision to regulators of non-financial reports required by regulators. Be contact point in terms of regulatory interactions;
  • Strong reporting to the Bank’s Management, to the Bank’s risk platforms, to the next higher Compliance level including timely on-going (e.g. Compliance monthly updates and quarterly reports) and ad-hoc reporting on significant information requests, comments and findings related to Compliance risk and those received from regulators. Be integral part of the Bank’s risk management and reliable Compliance partner to other functions in all 3 lines of defense;

Candidate Profile:

Qualification/Education

  • University degree (preferably Law or Economics) or equivalent (e.g. bachelor degree with proven academic thinking level)

Experience/Knowledge

  • 5+ years of Compliance experience in financial services (international experience is a preference);
  • Strong knowledge of international commercial banking & financial markets products (retail is a favorable addition) and ability to manage entailed Compliance risks;
  • Strong knowledge of local AML legislation (115-FZ, 499-P, 375-P, 321-P, 407-P, 443-P etc.)
  • Qualified in Russia as a MLRO;
  • Team player, strategic thinker, self-driven, proactive, result oriented, able to work with workloads and deadlines, strong communication skills;
  • Clean criminal record and no professional disqualification (need to be confirmed by the documents).
