The main responsibilities:

• In this role you will report to Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for administrative and marketing related to food and beverage of the hotel, aligned to deliver the Hyatt Regency brand experiences and standards.
• While meeting the unique and individual guest expectations and assisting in creating an environment that delivers exceptional colleague experiences.
• You will function as Administrative assistant to Marketing Manager for all the Food & Beverage outlets and your role is to assist that all outlets operate successfully, in accordance to the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a candidate who has minimum 2 years past experience as Administrative assistant within Food and Beverage.
• We expect the candidate to bring good skills of social media marketing.
• Good organization and communication skills, the ability to inspire and support innovation as well as a passion for caring service should be your strength.
• Your language skills include fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
