Major Contracts Specialist/Специалист по работе с крупными договорами
We are searching for the candidates for Major Contracts Specialist position within Contracts and Procurement Department.
The candidate for Major Contracts Specialist should have higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 3 years of work experience in the specialist positions as per speciality.
Conditions:

- Temporary contract
- Location-Aksai office
- Annual gross salary based on 12 payments (KZT)-Negotiable
The main job functions are:
- Effective and efficient accountability for compliance with KPO policies and procedures and directive received from the Contracts and Procurement Manager and information received from Project Managers and Project Discipline Engineers regarding all aspects relevant to the contracts and procurement planning, auditing, and all supervision, co-ordination and administration activities associated with Procurement of Goods and Services for Projects;
- Effective processing of all requisitions, commercial evaluations and required negotiations, definitions of all contractual terms and conditions, implementation of effective work practice;
- To support Contracts and Procurement Expert and Project management teams, to ensure the development and implementation of C&P strategies to optimise value creation, control and safety management in support of the Project plan. Conduct negotiations with tenderers at pre-award stage and contractors at post-award stage in accordance with KPO procedures.
Necessary knowledge of:
- Legal and regulative acts of ROK and international documents in contracts & procurement;
- Market methods of operations;
- Development prospects of the company;
- Methods and procedure of perspective and day-to-day planning of contracts & procurement activity;
- Basics on labour law of ROK
- Knowledge of English (Advanced).
Please note that experience in oil and gas area is mandatory.
