Our client, an integrated project encompassing natural gas production, liquefaction and shipping, is looking for Job Instructor for Electrical discipline.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement the Electrical On the Job Training program for Electrical technicians and Electrical trainees and includes hands-on training, assessment and reporting;
• Schedule Electrical OJT and conduct Electrical OJT in the field and classroom;
• Conduct and report Electrical assessments of all electrical technicians and trainees;
• Work with other trainers and field personnel in a diverse cultural environment and remote location to provide timely delivery of training initiatives;
• Be active in the implementation and continual improvement of the project training delivery and competence assurance;
• Ensure all Electrical Technicians are competent prior to commissioning and start-up phases of the project;
• Develop and maintain job competency profiles, individual competency gap analysis, training plans and training records for all electrical staff;
• Provide regular progress reviews to Electrical Trainer, highlighting potential show stoppers/solutions for completion of required competence assessments.

Requirements:

• Considerable experience as a Training Instructor and assessor in a process or technical field;
• LV / HV experience along with certification SAEP, ESOP and ESR preferred;
• Proven ability in application of assessment processes;
• Well-developed English communication skills & IT skills with particular experience in the use of MS Office packages, Word, Excel and Power Point.
