We are looking for a dedicated professional team player with a proactive position and broad approach who will be ready to work with multi tasks in a fast –changing environment. A suitable candidate should possess a corporate mind and skillset as well as be able to share our Corporate values and high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting and tax accounting (the 2 main legal entities), including maintenance of the primary document. The scope of activities in wholesale profile is preferred;
• Conduct monthly Corporate reporting for one of the legal entities in accordance with CFAM;
• Managing of the accounting Department (6 accountants);
• Preparation and timely submission in 1C-8 of accounting and tax reporting, reporting to extra-budgetary funds, statistics bodies, etc.;
• Interaction with tax authorities, including reconciliation of taxes and duties;
• Tax planning and optimization;
• Formation of a registration policy and control of its execution;
• Participation in the preparation of the schedule of document circulation, control of execution;
• Control of correctness of registration of supporting documentation;
• Control of cash accounting , working in the program "Bank-client";
• The control and calculation of salary;
• Management of inventory, movement of goods in 1C.8, participation in stock-counts;
• Taking the certain functions of a Finance Director – payment control and execution of budgets, data collection and reporting for management accounting, preparation of proposals for cost optimization, business management and staff on various financial, accounting and tax issues

Requirements:

• Economic/accounting university degree;
• Deep knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Knowledge of civil code;
• Positive recommendations from previous employers!;
• Successful experience of passing of tax and audit inspections;
• Experience as a chief accountant from 8 years' primarily in commercial and industrial and trading companies;
• Experience in management of accounting staff
• Confident PC user, 1C 7, 1C 8, MS Office;
• The user of "Bank-client";
• High efficiency, responsibility, perfectionism, interpersonal skills

Conditions:

• Salary will be advised at the interview (or pre – interview stage) to a suitable candidate

• Work schedule 5/2 from 09.00 to 18.00
