Terrasoft is looking for a talented and sophisticated Head of Tax and Legal Department to join our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Crafting, analysing and negotiating agreements and other types of the documents in civil law sphere
• Creating and maintaining working process of the Legal Department
• Legal analysis and conclusions preparations upon the legitimacy level of the requests received from governmental and controlling establishments
• Collaborating with the other international lawyers and colleagues
• Processing of the intellectual property objects registration
• Crafting of internal documents and regulations
• International Tax planning (UK/USA/Russia)
• Legal analysis of the documents, crafting drafts of the contracts and other internal legal company's papers
• Participation as an expert in negotiations with the company clients

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Master's degree in Law or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Good knowledge of Corporate, Civil, Commercial, Tax and Labor law of Ukraine; knowledge of Intellectual property legislating (especially, copyright and related rights)
• Acknowledgment with the UK, USA, Russian Federation legislation and proven experience in legal support of the non-residents
• Ability to manage heavy workload and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
• Goal-oriented
• Attentive to details, obtaining high level of responsibility
• Analytical mindset
• Ambitious
