We are seeking candidates who have the desire and commitment to help us achieve our mission. We are presently seeking a Financial Controller in our LSG Sky Chefs Russia office in Moscow.

In our location in Moscow we are looking for a

Manager Finance Russia

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing Financial and Accounting department (staffing, general management, task & priority setting, evaluation)
• Prepare the annual business plan/ budget, and the annual financial reporting in the three entities in line with defined processes. Initiate corrective actions if needed
• Prepare or generate the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements/ reports of the entities in line with internal and external requirements within the set time frames (IFRS and local GAAP)
• Prepare the monthly entity forecast in line with defined processes
• Generate the reports of the entities and forward the results to the entity management and Regional Accounting and Controlling; generate reports and information based on ad-hoc request
• Support entity managers in monitoring the achievement of financial objectives. Initiate corrective actions if necessary in cooperation with entity managers
• Control the entity’s capital investment budget activities
• Ensure all tax activities are carried out and tax liabilities are optimised
• Ensure an efficient and effective cash and treasury management for the entities
• Ensure the data quality and integrity of the entity data in the Management Information System/ financial reporting system
• Implement effective internal control processes in the entities; ensure compliance with them in area of responsibility
• Prepare and deliver financial studies, projections, analyses and feasibility studies in order to enable the management to take business decisions incl. capital expenditures
• Develop specific entity KPIs in co-operation with the manager
• Ensure the efficient communication and co-operation within the entities, within the Finance and Controlling network and with internal business partners
• Initiate and lead entity projects; participate or contribute in group wide and regional projects

Our Expectations:

• At least 5 years experience in a finance (controlling/planning) role within international company
• Finance/Accounting graduate
• Fluent Russian and English language skills are a must
• Solid knowledge of IFRS standards and local accounting rules and regulations
• Experience as Chief Accountant would be a plus
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, 1C 8.2 (SAP would be a plus)
• Capability of working with a variety of counterparts, from internal operations/workflow to consultants/auditors
• Strong Leadership skills
• Attentive to details
