British American Tobacco currently has an exciting new opportunity for an NGP Finance Manager, located in Moscow.

Job purpose and key deliverables:

Planning

• Consolidate and validate NGP budget on a quarterly bases
• Meet Company planning and reporting deadlines and requirements
• Apply appropriate processes for budgeting
• Assist NGP team in the process of Strategic Marketing Planning and Operational Planning.

Activity Evaluation/ Business Cases

• Provide timely and thorough financial analysis, create BCs for planned activities to assess the effectiveness of marketing investment
• Ensure proper tools and methodologies are in place
• Ensure compliance to corresponding methodologies, internal policies and legal and tax requirements

Actuals/Performance evaluations

• Tracking of actual budget on the monthly vs plan - providing relevant commentaries for key deviations
• Accrual process
• Audit requiests (Internal and External)
• Evaluate the effectiveness of planned and actual investments in the company's development programs

Pricing, Trade margins and Excise modelling

• Play a key role in development and implementation of Pricing and Trade margin startegy for NGP, incl. special offers by different distribution channels
• Support excise modelling and creation of engagement strategy for the New generation products

Projects and ways of working set-up

• Financial support of new business process set-up such as returns, new distribution and promotion channels mechanics development, rental scheme development, etc
• Uploading the planning data in BPC system
• Identify opportunities to optimise the current processed within NGP team and do more with less
• Build strong financial awareness and corporate governance within KA team
• Contribute to lead the strategic direction of local Finance
• Ensure a challenging, supportive, and achievement-focused environment to motivate and develop

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, Finance and business-partnering background is a must

• Higher education in Economics/Finance/Accounting or similar gained from experience

• Fluent English

• Understanding the basic principles of business and key marketing elements

• High level of professionalism and commercial approach

• Excellent managerial skills, ability to prioritize work, work under strict deadlines, self-organized and accurate

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to formulate comples issues/data into simple way

• Excellent team member

• Agility

Desirable requirements:

• Experience in FMCG industry

• ACCA/CIMA qualification
