Уважаемые кандидаты, ЗАИНТЕРЕСОВАНЫ В ГЛАВНОМ БУХГАЛТЕРЕ, КОТОРЫЙ МОТИВИРОВАН ТРУДИТЬСЯ В ФИНАНСОВОЙ КОМПАНИИ из финансовых структур ( лизинговых компаний, страховых, микрофинансовых, микрокредитных и банков), с Со знанием английского языка на СВОБОДНОМ уровне ЛИБО ГЛАВНЫХ БУХГАЛТЕРОВ ИЗ ИНЫХ СЕКТОРОВ РЫНКА, НО С АНГЛИЙСКИМ:

The main functions and responsibilities:

• Administrative management of the subordinated structural unit; Planning and organizing the necessary resources; Participation in the hiring process; Management of staff professional development and assessment their activities;
• Elaboration, introduction, development and control of the accounting policies and practices, reporting procedures, directives and procedures of internal control; management of the corporate tax to reach company objectives and to follow the international accounting standards and legislation;
• Developing and establishing the standards for the company's operating transactions, financial activities, transfer and other transactions in full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Training and education of company employees in order to implement appropriate accounting procedures and policies;
• Assessing the strategic alternatives and their accounting aspects for business operations;
• Study, analyse and control of the accounting records;
• Prepare the periodic (annual and monthly) financial reports of the company in full compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax laws;
• Consolidation of financial statements;
• Presentation of the company during the tax and external audit process;
• Active participation in the development of company's operational software;
• Advice the management on the tax strategies and other issues;
• Authorization of the contractual agreements with regards of tax and accounting;
• Active participation in the reconciliation process;
• Help the manager with all types of activities related to the performance of duties;
• Perform other related activities and tasks.

Qualification:

• At least 5 years of experience as the Chief Accountant;
• University degree in the Accounting/Finance/Economic field;
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and accounting principles;
• A high level of knowledge of the tax legislation;
• Knowledge of English;
• Full computer literacy.

Other Requirements:

• High level of responsibility and dedication;
• Diligence; the ability to work under stress conditions;
• Punctuality;
• Attentive to details;
• Ability to work overtime.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time; Monday to Friday: 10:00-18:30;
• Probation period: 3 months;
• Salary: according to qualification.
