OZON.ru is one of the leading IT company in e-commerce with more than 5000 employee in the staff and a wide chain of regional offices across the country. We are looking for Internal control manager.

If you have an expirience in internal audit/internal controls, you would like to make a difference and you want to be realised in ambitious start up project send us your CV!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze of processes, identification financial, IT and business risks, asses segregations of duties;
• Preparation of descriptions for business processes and control procedures;
• Identification of gaps and points for improvements;
• Preparation of recommendations and agreeing them with process owners;
• Regular communication with process owners;
• Regular monitoring of implementation of recommendations;
• Assistance for business owners in developments internal regulation documents;
• Performance of special projects base on management requests.

Requirements:

• Experience in one of the following industries: retail, telecommunications & media;
• At least 3-6 years of experience working as an external/internal auditor or internal control specialist;
• Experience in design development/testing of internal control procedures in IT dependent processes in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (all business cycles);
• Knowledge of COSO 2013 Internal Control—Integrated Framework, COBIT5, best practices in internal controls;
• University degree in Finance, Economics or IT. Professional Qualification (ACCA, ISACA, and CIA); (completed or in progress) would be an advantage;
• Experience in Big4 would be an advantage;
• English – upper-intermediate;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Confidence when interacting with all levels of personnel, including heads of department, line managers, analysts and specialists;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent logical, analytical and structuring thinking;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
