In MobiChord the Technical Product Owner is the voice of the customer within the MobiChord product development team.

Product Owner is responsible for leading the development teams’ performance and delivery of best software solutions with well-defined software development life cycle process.

He/she understands and coordinates our innovative and industry-leading product feature backlog for all product releases. Leads the translation of new software features into technical requirements and follows Agile based software development. Defines product release plan and scope with product development team: Product Manager, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers.

The Technical Product Owner will be the Subject Matter Expert for the development team, drawing on their broad domain knowledge. And will be the go-to person for the business analysts and product development team members and other departments inside the organization for product development decisions and articulation of the technical requirements.

As a respected mature Product Owner, we expect you to:

• Excellent MobiChord product knowledge and ServiceNow platform knowledge on administration level

• Work with development team to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers

• Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

• Break down the high-level features and marketing requirements into more detailed features, epics and user stories

• Create and manage the product backlog, representing the voice of the customer throughout the software development life-cycle

• Support the development of a prioritized product backlog, including the development of user stories, acceptance criteria and scenarios for the development team to develop world-class quality software

• Make independent decisions and take action within broadly defined practices and procedures helping team achieve the goals. Make sure product development team is outside external pressure\request providing well-defined focus

• Work closely with the Product Manager in product planning, release planning, team capacity and prioritization of backlog according to customer business needs and generated value

• Engage in day-to-day activities with the Product development team. This involves attending daily stand-ups, leading refinement sessions, and engaging with the development team, providing direction and focus. Help the team to continuously improve their process.

• Participate in meetings with key customers, providing product demo, answering product related questions.

Your skills:

• 2+ years proficiency as a Product Owner\Business Analyst

• In-depth knowledge of one\several domains:

• • Cloud

  • Financial & Procurement

  • Telecom

• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to details

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field experience

• ServiceNow platform knowledge\experience would be a great plus
