Supervisor and payroll accountant

This is a supervisor position on a combination of two main roles and responsibilities, reports to Chief Accountant and Local Controller (ChA&LC)

1. Payroll part (70% of time)

• Payroll calculation for HC 360 employees, including the preparation and submission of all required Statutory Local Payroll reports to Funds and Tax Authorities,
• Processing all the daily transactions in the accounting system 1c on a basis of local and GAAP rules, including any accruals of bonuses, unpaid vacations, etc; reconciliation and analysis data of Payroll
• Close relationship/collaboration with HR team on the building and execution of strong policy and processes of Compensation&Benefits and other related to employee’s areas, Payroll administration controlling

2. Role Supervisor and deputy of ChA&LC into the controlling of areas AP, FA, Banks, T&E, BS, PL, incl Russian and GAAP accounting on the performance and execution (30% of time)

• Controlling into Accounting activity/posting/reporting/reconciliation
• Assist ChA&LC on the communication to corporate teams (Treasure, FP&A, Controlling, etc) on several matters, including but not limited to, weekly and monthly reporting relating to accounting activity
• Assisting with special projects as needed, including internal and external financial statements’ audit, Tax Authorities requests of auditing second role on team leading of Accounting and Administration

Knowledge and skills requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Five or more years of experience in senior-level finance or accounting position; experience from controlling function in a daughter company of an international Group is an advantage
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including IFRS, GAAP and RAS; knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (e.g. SAP, 1C 8); ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections; working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, cash and liquidity management
• Professional written and verbal communication in English language and interpersonal skills; team player with the ability to communicate with people from different organizational levels
• Ability to produce quality results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
• Self-confident and motivated person, who takes initiative and has a structured and exact approach
