Consumer Care Manager, Reduced Risk Products

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Effectively develop and implement of Consumer Care strategy in alignment with RRP brand strategy;
Establish and maintain best-in-class operating model of Consumer Care service system;
Effectively plan, manage and control the usage of budgets and other resources allocated for the implementation of Consumer Care services;
Ensure effective control of the third parties performance in accordance with the contract terms;
Being in charge of measuring KPIs development, monitoring and performance reporting;
Identify opportunities for innovation and proactive tools in Consumer Care service;
Proactively engage with other functions to drive effective tools and initiatives implementation;
Ensure Consumer Care services are conducted in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Higher Education;
Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point);
English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
Strong communication and good interpersonal skills, high presentation skills, active team player;
Ability to work under time pressure;
Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills;
Adapt easily and rapidly to any changes and to be at ease to work in a dynamic and complex environment;
Ability to cope with multiple tasks;
Self-disciplined, organized, result-oriented, willing to take responsibility;
Good stress/conflict management skills.
