☑ Подробности о вакантном месте:

• Provide local market information & stakeholder needs relevant to strategy definition or sourcing activity
• Engage local stakeholders - and suppliers - and lead local activities during sourcing event, incl. negotiation where applicable (and facilitate with language barriers)
• Optimize all procurements (quality, cost and delivery) in compliance with the procurement policies of and with the customer’s contracts, in order to keep or improve the margin and manage the risks.
• Lead full procurement process from sourcing to contracting according to Procurement policy
• Lead tender or market screens regarding category and stakeholders needs
• Keep local stakeholders engaged & ensure business needs are met.
• Support Business on vendor service / quality issues and escalate as appropriate to SAT or other relevant stakeholders
• Provide linkage between Spend Area Teams & local business and vice versa on respective priorities
• Educate stakeholders/Master Shoppers on Rosters / GMCS to prevent Vendor Proliferation
• Build solutions with suppliers, ensure preliminary negotiations, collect commodity purchases prices to better define price of supplies of goods and services.
• Make all contributions to the Procurement simplification projects
• Responsible for all purchases involved in the project until the end of the "contractual obligations of providers"
• Manage on site services, Legal and Security agreement with relevant suppliers, ensures Customers satisfaction.
• Conduct legal and ethical business relationships with suppliers.
• Track performance and share results with Stakeholders and Spend areas
• Lead Vendor performance
• Keep an actuated vision of local supplier markets possibilities, costs and lead times.
• Facilitate the implementation of process improvements
• Control process of contracts, web-forms for next year
• Make bottom-up approaches plans for local activities and track, control and deliver
• Share Russian best practices within regional Community of practices calls

• Higher education
• Experience in purchasing for an international company not less than 3 years
• Purchasing Functional competencies (Cost, Supplier Mgt, Cost analysis, Market analysis)
• Experienced in legal& financial aspects, risk analysis, contracts setting
• Experience in managing multicultural / cross functional teams
• Business knowledge and trade-off (operations, standardization, service vs cost)
• English – upper-intermediate level
• Knowledge and skills: any procurement applications, MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, proactive, structural approach
