Vodafone Ukraine is an international company with the leading positions in the field of technology and telecommunications, implementing ambitious projects and products in all business spheres, including Cloud Services, Big Data, IoT, Smart City.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organization and conduction of procurement procedures (tenders) for the selection of suppliers of telecommunications equipment and services
• Development of category strategy
• Tenders conduction
• Preparation of tender documentation (RfP. RFQ, etc.)
• Price and contract conditions negotiation according to Vodafone Ukraine procurement policy
• Organization and conduction of bidding on the electronic platform
• Tender results analysis (including Cost of Ownership, NPV, alternative scenarios etc.)
• Preparation of presentations and other related documentation for tender results approval
• Approval of requirements and selection criteria for suppliers involved in procurement procedures
• Pricing analysis, benchmark in terms of existing contracts
• Management of terms and quality of tender process implementation
• Monitoring and market research of suppliers
• Preparation of reports in terms of procurement activities
• Contract negotiation, coordination and control
• Market research of new directions, development of measures for their implementation

Requirements:

• University degree (Telecommunications/Economics/IT)
• Minimum 3 years in the area of procurement/Telecom/IT
• English - upper-intermediate
• Working knowledge of procurement process
• Ability to successfully manage complex technical tenders
• Analytical, problem-solving and multitask skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong teamwork skills with ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively across all business units
