Leading sanitary ware company looking for a Production Manager with relocation to China (Hangzhou).

Your main responsibilities:

Strategic and tactical planning of plant development;
Effective management of production processes and fixed assets of plant;
Production planning and improved usage of capacity, operating assets and material resources;
Production plan realization;
Controlling of actions to avoid rejects, machinery downtime, and loss of materials, power and other supplies and be involved in remedial action plans;
Cost saving projects management;
Participation in Budget preparation;
Continuous improvement program implementation;
Ensuring efficient operations and implementation of proper maintenance of facilities;
Participation in development and implementation of investment projects;
New products launching;
Operational management of employees of the plant, verification of performance and participation in the adjustment of action plans;
Key people development;
Strong leadership qualities;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Strong critical thinking and decision-making;
Task management;
Strives for success.

Skills we expect from you:

3+ years of professional experience with Production Manager in China;
Knowledge or experience working with budgets as well as project management skills including scheduling and resource allocation forecasting;
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents;
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors;
Experience with B2В products or services is an advantage;
Creative thinking and common sense;
Very good Chinese and Russian skills, verbal as well as written. English language skills are not essential but you’ll find them very useful;
Experience in the field of sanitary ware is an advantage.
