Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Support

Working in a Business-to-Business environment to support Company’s growth in the security services business through a focus on quality of service and support to International SOS sales and marketing efforts
Support in the management of security sales pipeline in conjunction with the sales teams, lead on Security-specific opportunities directly with Prospects
Major focus on driving the growth of security services business as a key strategic agenda
Contribute to Sales team efforts to win significant new business and renewal opportunities
Support cross border security sales
Participate in International SOS marketing activities, including speaking engagements
Develop strong peer networks through associations, contacts and working relationships with clients
Coordinate joint security opportunities and drive cross border referrals
Advocate for regional clients through localization and innovation of services
Provide local market, customer and competitor insight.
Ensure appropriate Security Services resourcing to the Assistance Centre Experience (ACX)
Ensure customer feedback is captured through the appropriate channels

Operational Delivery & Support

Ensure that clients’ experience of the security service is effectively managed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Participate in the regional security operations by providing situational awareness to the Dubai Regional Security Centre of potential or actual developments in the region to enable effective operational planning.
Support the production of information services such as Alerts, weekly Regional Security Forecast and Monthly Security Forecast entries on the region as needed by the Dubai Regional Security Center
Deploy as part of an Incident Management Team in response to an incident where clients require on-the-ground assistance
Assist with the building and maintenance a network of high-quality security service providers in the region.
As required, travel to support Regional Security Centre’s situational awareness, assess/develop local provider capabilities and expanding the existing network of contacts
Assist in the supervision of the regional security operations.
Engagement with the Security operations

Consulting & Training

Manage the delivery of all consulting & training services to clients in the Russia-Kazakhstan
Good understanding of security and risk mitigation concepts
B2B Business development, consultancy and sales aptitude
Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations. Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction. Monitors and maintains quality and productivity. Consistently achieves project goals

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
Experience in security operations management: in military, government, or private sector roles

Desired Work experience:

International work (security) experience from 3 years
B2B Business Development and/or consulting experience
Experience in the planning, development and delivery of training and/or security consulting

Required Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent. Degree level qualification in politics, international relations or related subject is desired.
