In the area of Grain Storage, B?hler offers package solutions, machinery and components throughout the entire food value-added chain – from an agricultural products reception through to the final stages of processing. Whether it is a silo installation for harvesting purposes, a plant for grain trade or a port terminal, B?hler is always a competent global partner providing individualized on-site customer service from conception to startup.

In order to strengthen our team in the Business Grain Storage, we are seeking an Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Achievement of the sales targets of the entire business unit portfolio (grain storage plants, port terminals, conveyor, bucket elevators, grain separators, cleaners and dryers) in the market area assigned (central and southern part of Russia)
• Optimal customer support and consulting in technical, technological and commercial matters
• Support for development of customer-specific quotation concepts with involvement of internal and external specialists
• Provision of market data, such as market potential, competitors’ activities, customers’ behavior, etc.
• Responsibility for customer analysis in order to quotation establishment up to the point of contract design
• Support with implementation of marketing concepts
• Ensure information transfer from the market to the business units.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively (min. 70%)
• Higher specialized technical training background with continuing business education (marketing/sales/commercial)
• Several years of professional experience in selling capital goods ideally with experience in the fields of technology, process or plant engineering
• Substantial experience in the sector of Grain Processing
• Sharp customer focus, high flexibility and stress management capabilities, autonomous personality
• Winning and self-confident appearance.
• Excellent communication abilities, negotiating skills and diplomacy
• Confident negotiator in English
