Tecnimont is responsible for the execution of the “Delayed Coking Unit” (DCU) Project, to be implemented inside the existing Omsk Refinery. The scope of the project includes the implementation of a new Delayed Coking complex with a feed capacity of 2 MTA (34,500 Barrel Per Stream Day). The Project will be executed inside the existing Omsk Refinery and will be mainly aimed at expanding its capacity for the conversion of heavy residues while maximizing liquid product and producing anode grade quality coke.

Construction Civil Superintendent (CVP) responsible for the coordination of Civil and Building construction activities through the Civil Supervisor (CVS) and related assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Management of Civil Subcontractor(s) to ensure that performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality, and cost;
• Coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever a detect deviation from schedule or specifications under the guidance of Construction manager;
• Ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas or
• activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities;
• Participates to the HSE activities at the site as defined for his position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures.

Qualification:

• University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent

Requirements:

• Native Russian speaker;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Good organizational skills and accuracy;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, excellent communications skills.

Experience:

• Five (5) years relevant field experience in EPC projects;
• Similar role covered at least in last three projects, of comparable size;
• Experience working on Contractor side.
