Job responsibilities:

• Coordinates and controls development of individual chapters of design documentation by subcontractors, on civil section (reinforced concrete, steel structures, buildings)
• Performs design activities (definition of main static system, design calculations of foundations, aboveground superstructures and connection details of steel structures, preparation of CAD model and drawings preparation)
• Consults employees of different engineering units of Linde with regards to observance of RF engineering legislation, codes and standards at proposal, concept, basic engineering stages and during detailed engineering.
• Supports development of a design at all stages of western design documentation adaptation to Russian regulations with the purpose to preserve preferable technical concepts of Linde
• Provides support to Russian Procurement Center in evaluating bids, monitoring of deadlines, schedule and quality of equipment, structural members and structural manufacturing
• Performs technical audits of Russian design institutes, Russian vendors to identify their qualifications and capacities, supports project management in selection of a design institute and Vendor as well as in determining the scope and type of work to place orders with design institutes
• Performs author supervision and field engineering for Civil and Structural Steel, focused on Air Separation Plants, but not limited.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years job experience in related engineering function
• Engineering experience in an EPC project execution environment for large scale Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Projects
• Good knowledge of Russian Codes and Standards in field of engineering and construction
• Experience in 3D modelling environment software (Smart Plant 3D, TEKLA, etc.)
• Readiness for business trips
• Fluent English
