As a member of the IDIADA group Body Development Team (SURF/CAD/CAE), you will be part of the Russia Body Design team, being involved in a new engineering development project in the automotive industry.

Reporting to the Project Technical Coordinator in Front Office, you will be responsible for BOM Management, DMU's checks and Data Transfer, cooperating with multidisciplinary teams. You will be in responsible for leading the product and process development of Automotive parts, using ANPQP system, as well as NPDM system to manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.

It is a unique and challenging opportunity to be a key part of very important project from the early stages till the start of production, going throw all projects milestones.

Responsibilities

- To manage part suppliers of your scope in the design and industrialization phase.

- Assistance to IDIADA front office team in ANPQP process and documents implementation.

- To validate the product/process feasibility of the design (mainly during Design convergence).

- To ensure consistency with the packaging, development of parts in compliance with the technical standards and propose optimizations

- Ensure that their company’s data is stored, managed and analyzed correctly.

- Products update and PLM: update in the PLM system of the client the information received from IDIADA Office.

- Data Transfer: download environment information from client PLM system and send it to IDIADA Office.

- Official data releases in client PLM system.

- Support the IDIADA Front Office team in client official milestone documents preparation.

- BOM Management.

- According to the quality assurance process in project milestones: digitization, drawings, validation reports (REVS), ANPQP expectations, ... until the compliance certificate is obtained for each par.

- Communicates changes of data, standards, procedures and technology of the current project.

- Ensures compliance with data architecture and data management standards and procedures defined in the Data Management Framework.

- Collaborate with fellow staff members to discuss any data problems that may arise and develop potential solutions.

- Establish rules and procedures to that information can be shared with executives securely and responsibly.

Key technical skills

- Bachelor or Master University engineering degree, preferably with a Mechanical or Automotive specialization.

- Experience of quality ANPQP standards as applied to body development.

- Strong PC skills, particularly in office applications.

- Experience working in engineering field with CATIA software.

- Strong 3D CAD skills within PDM environment.

- Vehicle integrator experience / DMU experience / BOM management.

- IT basic skills.

- Vehicle architecture knowledge.
