Adecco Client is looking for Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

?Provide analysis of customer and transactional data, development of key indicators for enhancement of compliance control in all applicable areas/processes;

?Keep ongoing monitoring and compliance control over existing and new products, gap-testing, its compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including AML, currency control, etc, work on plans for remediation of identified gaps, control its progress;

?Monitor regulatory requirements changes, initiate necessary improvements in existing processes, control progress of its implementation;

?Support in compliance project management, including development of technical requirements, planning, tracking of progress and management reporting;

?Provide compliance thought and solution to business initiatives and business expansion projects;

?Perform enhanced due diligence and onsite review of high-risk merchants and partners in Russia;

?Customer complaints handling, drafting respective formal responses to regulator in case of request referring to customer’s activity and/or complaint;

?Keep ownership of compliance risks, including identification, assessment, setting up controls, monitoring, issue management and keep tracking in systems (OpenPages);

?Cooperate with global teams on compliance-related issues;

?Risk-manager back-up in case of his/her absence;

?Other duties and responsibilities in compliance.

Knowledge, Qualification:

?Higher education legal, economic or IT;

?Experienced in Compliance/AML or risk management, knowledge of IT systems as well as SQL language and project management skills is a benefit;

?Knowledge of financial market in Russia, as well as the international financial markets;

?Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills to build internal networks within the team and wider firm, attention to details and analytical skills are essential;

?Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different view points;Demonstrate initiative, assertiveness and ownership of responsibilities;

?High level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency in performing job responsibilities;

?Excellent problem-solving skills;

?English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
