ABOUT THIS JOB

Perform revenue accounting in SAP according to the statutory and US GAAP rules (ASC 606)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform revenue accounting in SAP according to the statutory and US GAAP rules (ASC 606)
• Issue invoices and other related documents to clients
• Archiving documents
• Participate in monthly closing process within revenue accounting area
• Keep reconciliation of SAP to the sales tracker, ensure all the sales are entered to the system
• Evidence of arrangement, Evidence of Delivery control according to ASC 606
• Control over timely contracts signing to maximize billing to the clients
• Ensure all required analytical reports (Accounts receivables, Unbilled, ) on revenue are done accurately and in time
• Credit control
• Perform monthly accounts reconciliation process
• Bank control support
• Intercompany revenue share control
• Other ad hoc requests and those related to accounting
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation of revenue related accounts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor/Masters in Finance/Accounting/Economy
• English – from Intermediate level is obligatory
• Ability to work with huge databases and workload quickly and carefully
• MS Excel - confident user
• Knowledge of US GAAP as a plus
• Knowledge of SAP as a plus
