Job purpose

The main purpose of this position is to be co-pilot of the business for Market and Production divisions through: 1) provision of financial insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders; 2) leading planning and financial modelling activities, to support decision making; 3) managing the team of financial analysts in efficient way, to perform all co-piloting activities for Market and Factory of Royal Canin Russia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: lead preparation, analysis and presentation of financial plans (P&L, NCFO) of various horizons including collection, validation and consolidation of data and communication with local, Regional and Corporate stakeholders, including Market and Supply divisions. Analyze and interpret actual and planning information for the Market (by channels, divisions, DCs, product ranges, key customers) and Supply (prime costs, conversion costs, stocks, CAPEX) and proactively identify opportunities, issues, trends.

• Local reporting: to be financial partner for local management in the Market and Production divisions, providing value adding insightful information and analysis following period close activity, interpret financial results, reconcile them versus plan and provide management with explanations of major variances, as well as highlighting risks and opportunities for improvements of business performance.

• Corporate reporting: lead the process of corporate management reporting such as volumes forecast updates, periodic and quarterly reports on business performance, and annual reporting preparation.

• NCFO/Working capital (WC): establish the process for deep analysis of the NCFO elements and recommend actions for improvement.
• Overheads: ensure effective and efficient controls over overheads at all subdivisions, providing timely information to budget owners

• Team: develop the team with the focus on coaching, feedback and participation in different projects

Job requirements:

• University degree in Finance
• Relevant functional experience in international FMCG companies (min 5 years of experience)
• People management experience of at least 2 years
• High analytics capabilities
• ACCA, CIMA as an advantage
• Knowledge of systems (Excel – excellent, ERP such as SAP, Navision – advantage, FPPS, HFM- as advantage)
• English – fluent
