WHAT WOULD BE YOUR ROLE:

• You will be a contact point for project team and clients regarding assigned project communications, correspondence and associated documentation.
• You will be responsible for accurate update and on-going maintenance of systems that track compliance and performance within project timelines.
• You will be responsible for preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of documentation and reports.

WHAT SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE:

• Background: We will appreciate a Bachelor or Master’s Degree. Specialization in Linguistics or Administration would be an asset as it will help you to adapt to IQVIA environment faster.
• English language: fluent English is essential for communication within international environment at IQVIA. Thus, your level of English is given the top priority during the further selection process.
• PC skills: You should be confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and should be able to quickly get familiar with specialized IQVIA software.
• Working experience: the experience at any general administrative role will stand you in good stead and may be considered as your major asset.
• Planning & multitasking: we will assign you to several projects at a time. Thus, you will need great skills in managing conflicting timelines and priorities to handle all given tasks.
• Attention to detail & accuracy: you will work with documentation impacted to patient safety and data integrity. Consequently, you should be able to keep a sharp eye on every detail of documents to ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations.
• Collaboration & integrity: we do expect you to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Equivalent combination of education, training and experience would be also sufficient for the role.
