We are building a global investigations team to be part of the Corporate Compliance & Ethics group. This team will have responsibility for investigation and oversight of potential violations of the law or our Code of Conduct and Company policies.

As AMEA (Africa, Middle East, Asia) Compliance Investigator you will be accountable for the day-to-day management, oversight, operation and coordination of the Company's regional investigations program.

You will report directly to the Manager of Global Investigations in the U.S. and will coordinate with the regional Compliance team as well as other functions responsible for conducting Company investigations (HR, Internal Audit, Legal, etc.).

The individual will also need to develop strong working relationships with regional business leaders as well as with various cross-functional teams and external providers of investigative services.

The Responsibilities

-Lead investigations of critical, sensitive, or material matters, either individually or as part of an investigative team

-Manage day-to-day activities of the investigations program including case assignment, review, escalation, and reporting

-Provide oversight of all Company investigations within the region and ensure investigations are prompt, thorough, consistent and conducted in accordance with the law and Company policies and procedures

-Ensure regional investigations oversight committee is apprised of investigative findings and conclusions to facilitate decision making related to corrective actions

-Provide investigative guidance and training to other employees in the region who conduct company investigations as one part of their overall responsibilities

-Monitor for retaliation and assist in “speak-up” initiatives to build awareness of Company reporting mechanisms

The Requirements

-Minimum of 3 years of investigative experience and demonstrated knowledge of established investigative techniques and best practices

-Minimum of bachelor’s degree required

-Fluent in English (Other languages a plus)

-Must be able and willing to travel up to 30% of time

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate across functions, regions and teams

-Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion and to protect confidentiality

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
