As Head of Compensation and Benefits Division, main responsibilities will be related with to organization and efficient execution of duties in following areas:

Coordination of compensation policies:

• Leading and maintenance of remuneration policies and practice;
• Developing and implementation of rules and regulations, regarding compensation.

Strategic workforce planning:

• In cooperation with cost control, planning and review of labor cost budget;
• Reporting of labor cost budget execution;
• Monitoring of possible savings or/and deviations;
• Providing analytical reports on performance achievements;

Maintenance of market comparison process:

• Participation in salary surveys of main consulting agencies: Hay, etc;
• Regular general analysis of ratio level by directions and job families;
• Providing management decision support of salary increase budget;
• Recommendation on exceptional adjustment of low-paid positions, based on market pricing and attrition.

Payroll:

• Support and administration of Payroll process and salary tax payment;
• Premium deductions / disciplinary action/ dismissal compensation on time;
• Control and adaptation of Payroll processes according to the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and internal audit.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Economics or Finance);
• Experience in the direction of compensation and benefits in the company of at least 1 000 people from 3+ years (Bank, FMCG, etc);
• Strong analytical skills;
• English – advanced level, French – will be an advantage.
