Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Field Service:

Diagnose and determine cause of problems (process, application or malfunction of instrument), make changes, corrections and replace units as required on job site.
Discuss operating results with established local service companies or companies dealing with start-up, with representatives and end-users.
Make report on service calls.
Trouble shoot problems over the phone to get equipment back on line.
Review electronic and mechanical units.
Travel to job site for repair of equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Internal Sales Support:

Providing internal technical and sales support to the external sales force.
Giving technical and commercial support to customers in order to identify the correct solution for their application.
Preparing technically and commercially accurate quotations.
Assisting with technical documentation, certification and drawings for customers.
Replying to technical queries, both from the external sales force and customers.
Working closely with colleagues at the EMEAI HQ for technical, commercial and administrative matters.
Liaising with the factory in relation to orders, in order to support and advise customers.

Requirements:

Profile:

Master Degree in Electronic Engineering with technical experience in instrumentation world.
Several years of experience in instrumentation, preferably level instruments.
Used to working independently
Customer focused – must have a desire to give first-rate customer service.
Language: Fluent in English (write and speak)
Willing to travel frequently

Job skills:

Ability to understand instrumentation process environment.
Ability to work with electronic measurement and test equipment, check and measure PC boards.
Ability to read electrical schematics and prints (analog and digital circuits).
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical diagrams.
Good communication and commercial skills.
Good organization and administrative skills.
Decision/disposition making skills.
