NEGOTIATION CONSULTANT (Bilingual Russian/English)

Responsibilities:

• Our Negotiation Consultants’ main purpose is to expertly deliver our world-leading behavioural change workshops, which are often a life-changing experience for our delegates. In addition once you have mastered the delivery of these workshops, you will be responsible for the business development of new and existing clients.
• The right candidates will be commercially driven individuals with highly developed interpersonal skills who can make an impact and drive improvement in the performance of others.
• We’ll build your capability with a structured, intensive programme to hone your skills in negotiation.
• From the outset, you must thrive on autonomy and excel as a collaborative, Client-focused relationship manager. You’ll be as much at home developing new business opportunities as nurturing and building existing Client relationships.
