The ISC CEE Manager Russia is responsible for delivering a full customer experience starting from product demand intake till product delivery to the customers in Russia Region. This level of the experience is driven through the management of locally deployed SIOP (planning), Production, Customer Service, Logistics and Quality/customs certification.

Principal Responsibilities

• Take full control and ownership of the end-to-end processes of Demand, Production and Supply planning, Order Management, Delivery, In-region logistics, Inventory of R&P and FG
• Inspire and lead team members, influence key stakeholders to drive changes and ensure day-to-day deliverables and projects meet time, cost and quality objective
• Use ability to support the business to roll out programs, achieve metrics and track milestones.
• Provide industry and functional expertise and insight to guide and advise the key stakeholders.

Key Performance Measures

• Project success in results and timing according to Goals and Objectives defined for the projects.
• OTTR (On-time-to-request) & OTFP (On-time-to-FIRST Promise) for all customer deliveries; Customer Satisfaction Index, Cost of operations in terms of Working Capital, Optimization for Inventory levels, Freight Cost, Minimize Order Backlog of undelivered products, MAPE, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in SIOP process ownership, Logistics and/or Customer Service Department Leadership highly preferred
• Preferred multinational company experience
• Strong people organizational and management skills towards achieving business objectives
• Strong Business & Financial analysis capability
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar or smaller scope role.
• Operational (Project/ Manufacturing/Services) experience is an added advantage
• Work Experience Required (area and length of experience).
• University degree in business administration OR commercial/technical education with additional higher diploma in business administration.
• Confident user of MS Office packages including Excel, SAP or other ERP System knowledge.
• Use of Six Sigma / Lean Management / HOS in the work place.
• Excellent (English and Russian) written and spoken communication skills (phone, email).
