Production Manager in Danone Essential Dairy & Plant-based

Essential Dairy & Plant-based division (EDP) produces and markets fermented fresh dairy products. In Russia we have 16 modern plants to produce our key brands –Danone, Prostokvashino, Activia. Actimel, Danissimo. Industrial is ideal platform for managers with excellent technical background. This team implements best practices and elaborates new solutions and tools to make Danone manufacturing process even more efficient.

In this role you will:

1. Develops and supports culture of safety behavior.
2. Provides production of high - quality product in accordance with the established plan, in a timely manner, with the specification and minimum costs.
3. Tracking key KPIs: PSL (Production service level), CFR (Customer satisfaction rate), CSL (Customer service level), level ABC, PPED, losses
4. Forms an effective team and develops employees` potential: provides coaching, training and development of functional and managerial / leadership skills
5. Ensures implementation of activities for developing processes` efficiency and reducing all types of costs. Tracking key KPIs.
6. Participating Plant master plan development and implementation.
7. Forms annual and quarterly action plans needed to implement master plan and strategy implementation:

- Introduces the Lean system and tools, applies the best production practices and standards
- Apply lean manufacturing practices and reduce risks in order to increase the level of production efficiency in general
- Implements projects for the Productivity increase
- Leading the process of continuous improvement on the basis of a comparative analysis of practices

Feel free to apply if you have:

1. Master Degree in Engineering/Food engineering/Food production or Bachelor degree in Engineering/Food engineering/Food production
2. Project management
3. Strong knowledges in Performance tools, requirements in Health & Safety
4. Communication skills
