Responsibilities

Maintaining a fleet of mobile cranes ranging from 70T to 200T.
Performing regular preventative maintenance on a daily basis.
Attending operational sites to perform mobile repairs or first level servicing.
Ensuring maintenance is performed as per manufacturers guidelines.
Completing job cards for all maintenance performed.
Keeping accurate maintenance records for all cranes.
Planning scheduled maintenance in line with activity to prevent delays or operational downtime
Performing diagnostics to properly assess failures.
Maintaining an inventory of common spares and advising management on the procurement of parts when required.
Controlling designated lifting accessories
Ensuring all lubricants and fuels are stored in a safe and orderly manner.
Participating in Company Safety Observation programs.
Complying with Company House Rules and PPE standards.
Following Procedures to ensure work is carried out effectively and safely.
Reporting any defects to the Supervisor.
Participating in Yard Inspections.
Attending Site Safety Meetings.
Observing safety signs and barriers.
Setting a positive example of a high-level behavioural culture.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position within an Oil and Gas field environment.
Mechanical qualification either time served or to diploma level.
Strong knowledge of crane mechanics, hydraulics and electronic systems.
Ability to communicate positively with Supervisors and Managers.
Strong knowledge of crane workings.
Has the necessary status to work in Kazakhstan.

Conditions

Position is rotational 28/28 located in an oilfield environment, either day or night shift.
Accommodation, meals and inter-field transport is provided by the Company
Transport to and from home location is provided by the Company.
Remuneration is negotiable and dependant on experience.
All necessary training and induction arrangements will be provided by the Company
