Accountabilities:

Leading liquidity & mobilizations process

• Analyze Russia & CIS legal entities’ cash-flow forecasts and make recommendations on funding/cash mobilizations for optimal cash position of entities involved. Work with tax/control/legal to align on the exact mechanism (intercompany loans/interest, capital contributions, dividends)
• Draft memos to secure approvals needed for mobilizations and Ico funding when required
• Coordinate cash movements under approved steps in line with the Company's procedures and legislation (currency control, etc.)
• Manage, prepare and execute all intercompany settlements except for Ico Loans

Indirect Cash Flow reporting

• Timely collect and report indirect CF forecast for Russia and CIS (as per annual schedule provided by HQ) b. Actively analyze and explore differences between indirect and direct methodic of forecasting

FX P&L analysis

• Perform monthly analysis of FX gain/loss for Russian entities using BS exposures model, explore cause of differences (if any)
• Collect data on BS exposures of CIS legal entities and provide recommendations to minimize exposures

Leading insurance process

• Collect data required for timely issuance of insurance policies covering property, general liability, product liability, auto fleet, Directors and Officers liability and other objects as required by relevant PepsiCo policies. Negotiate wording of the agreements, obtain necessary approvals, secure payments of premium
• Provide needed coverage in Russia on all insurance questions for HQ treasury risk management team c. Interact with all internal and external counterparties in order to claim reimbursements under the policies

PepsiCo Russia direct-method CF forecasts build-up and analysis

• Ensure regular build-up (bi-weekly) and analysis of direct CF forecasts. Collecting actuals on a monthly basis. Provide recommendations on funding/investments

Manage investments of Company's excess cash

• Ensure efficient management of excess funds through monitoring daily cash position of the Company and investing excess funds with authorized bank, in accordance with approved limits and policy
• Negotiate and execute deposit agreements, maintain their proper set up
• Handle documentation flow (exchange confirmations, etc.) for all deposit deals with banks
• Ensure monthly verification of interest income, update and distribute investment reports

Requirements:

• Higher financial degree
• Fluent English
• 5+ yrs of relevant experience in treasury/corporate finance in FMCG/Banking sphere
• Good interpersonal and communications skills with ability to influence vertically & horizontally
• Experience with operating in a large/matrixed organization
