Requirements:

• Fluent English (including legal drafting);
• 1+ years of relevant experience;
• Excellent academic credentials in law;
• Fast learner;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Ability to stand ground.

Duties:

• Analyzing legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations (with a focus on North America) and working to ensure legal compliance (in the areas of personal data protection, marketing, consumer rights etc.);
• Drafting and revising contracts, terms of use, privacy policies and other legal documents;
• Protection of content from copying, working with trademarks.
