Our client is an international company, one of the main players engaged in the development and production of plastic components and modules in the automotive and heavy industries.

HSE COORDINATOR

MISSION: Ensuring the protection of works, industrial safety and environmental ecology.

FUNCTIONS:

• Management of occupational safety and health management system.
• Participation in the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system and the environmental management system of the organization.
• Monitoring the implementation of the Policy in the field of quality and environmental management.
• Monitoring compliance with the rules of labor protection and industrial safety in the production units.
• Planning of measures to improve working conditions and occupational safety and health of workers. Monitoring of working conditions.
• Participation in the introduction of modern and more advanced methods of protection, the creation of safe and healthy working conditions.
• Control of stable and uninterrupted work, as well as the state of the equipment (monitoring, timely tests and inspections).
• Participation in the development of instructions for labor protection and industrial safety.
• Control, prevention and investigation of occupational injuries.
• Conducting an environmental impact assessment of feasibility studies.
• Monitoring compliance with technological regimes of environmental objects.
• Interaction with regulatory authorities (Rospotrebnadzor, fire protection, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience from 5 years in international companies.
• Knowledge of Russian legislation (Constitution of the Russian Federation, Labor Code of the Russian Federation, Law of the Russian Federation “On Technical Regulation”, Law of the Russian Federation “On Environmental Protection”, Environmental Legislation) and international standards (MS ISO / TS 16949-2002, MS ISO 14001-2004, MS 9000: 1995, FMEA, GP - 5, Q1 Setting the standard, Lean Manufacturing Measurable, etc.).
• English - Advance.
