Our client is a large trade and manufacturing FMCG Company announces a competition for the vacant position of «Human resources Director, Kiev»

Responsibilities:

- Formation and implementation of personnel policy in accordance with the strategic objectives of the business;

- Development and support of corporate culture at a high level;

- Analysis of staff efficiency and optimization of staff costs;

- Organization of HR processes in accordance with business needs: recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, training of personnel, etc.;

- Formation of the personnel reserve, personnel planning;

- Development and implementation of incentive and motivation programs;

- Planning, budgeting of HP processes;

- Compensation and benefits management;

- Organization and management of outsourcing issues

Requirements for candidates

- Higher education ( the formation of the MBA or in the field of personnel management is an additional advantage);

- Knowledge of English at the advanced level is a must;

- Experience in the multinational trading and manufacturing FMCG companies in the position of HR Director, HR BP, HR Generalist of the structural production unit of 6 years;

- Knowledge of modern methods of work with staff;

- Deep knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine;

- Deep understanding of business processes;

- Commercial orientation and non-standard thinking;

- Analytical thinking;

- Management experience;

- Willingness to travel
