Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to join the Corporate Tax group within the Tax & Legal department at the Moscow office.

Our corporate taxation professionals have extensive experience in advising major foreign and Russian companies from the energy & resources, manufacturing, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, trading and other sectors. We can provide your business with the following professional tax services:

• Advice on tax legislation and tax implications for certain transactions
• Assistance on the establishment, reorganization and liquidation of businesses in Russia
• Services related to the structuring of foreign investment in Russia
• Tax optimization services aimed at taking advantage of tax-planning opportunities and ensuring cost effectiveness and improvement of cash flows with respect to tax issues and risks
• Tax reviews of clients’ business activities in Russia aimed at identifying potential tax risks areas

The role will involve:

• Working as part of an experienced team on complex tax consultation projects for major Russian and multinational companies within all industry sector
• Assisting with audit and due diligence projects for international and local clients

Requirements:

• Higher education: Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law
• Profound knowledge of Russian taxation
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple engagements
• Ability to meet tight deadlines keeping attention to details
• High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
• Excellent communication skills – fluent Russian and English and the ability to formulate, present and write concise, clear summaries on tax matters
• All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation
