Tools for Brokers is a fintech company that develops solutions for the financial area.

We implement fresh ideas to deliver financial safety and ease of work to the brokers around the globe.

As our company grows, we are currently looking for a tech writer who is eager to learn, work in IT, and create technical documentation.

Position's tasks:

• creating product and process documentation: user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, etc.;
• knowledge base maintaining;
• writing internal documentation: procedure descriptions, regulations, etc.;
• interface proofreading and translation.

What we expect from our candidates:

Language skills:

• thorough knowledge of English (B2 and higher),
• excellent written Russian,
• ability to write documentation in English,
• translation/localization experience would be an advantage.

Writing and data presentation:

• clear and concise writing style,
• excellent knowledge of MS Office,
• ability to show ideas graphically,
• familiarity with graphical editors and diagrams/mockups software would be an advantage.

Communication skills and abilities to:

• interact with the development and QA teams,
• ask questions and get the answers,
• understand the needs of the end-user,
• structurize, retell, and simplify the data.

What would be an asset:

IT background, familiarity with:

• software testing,
• command line interface,
• database management systems (MySQL),
• bug tracking systems (JIRA).
