We opened a position for a promising and proactive candidate who is starting her/his career and professional path ... and it will be great if you are attentive and resistant to the routine, because there will be a lot of it, especially in your first year of work

Duties:

• Participation in company projects: systems administration, electronic surveys launching and testing, coordination of processes with clients and colleagues, effective communication
• Taking part in data collection and analysis for Korn Ferry annual salary survey: preparing data collection tools, Verifying reward data received from clients and communication with them on corrections/questions. (from April to September there is usually massive global data collection and the busiest days)
• Consulting clients on the technical use of company’s platforms and products, help-desk function
• Helping Senior colleagues in analyzing and writing reports
• Translations (reports, reviews, conclusions on reports), preparing presentations, documents proof reading
• Preparation of instructions for company’s platforms and products
• Other project and administrative work, assistance to the department team: analysts, senior analysts, consultants.

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• 1 year experience in In analyzing data from various sources with a lot of numbers and/or with client work is plus
• English - Upper Intermediate and above (the position presumes communication with native speakers and foreigners on professional topics, written correspondence and professional materials compilation and translations)
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office overall knowledge
• Common literacy, communication skills, attention to details, proactivity, resistance to stress and ability to work in a changing environment, a high level of responsibility, resistance to routine work and “can do” attitude"

• Permanent contract in full accordance with Labor Code of Russian, salary range starting from 55 000 RUB gross, the final offer will be discussed with successful candidate
