Responsibilities:

• Follows the instructions which regulate the work of Leading Accountant.
• Follows rules and regulations on labor safety
• Control of systems settings.
• To answer to all cost/goods supplier questions and solve all disputes, which cannot be answered and solved by Later income specialist and Cost accountant.
• Develop accounting system for system reconciliation.
• To check and control work of Cost accountant.
• To advice on the Cost centers to be used inside organization.
• To create Cost Centers/Profit Centers.
• Prepare monthly report on Cost Trend.
• Accruals posting. Preparation/saving of all supporting documents related to accruals.
• Other duties by management request

• Completing the TAX Work Book before the specified deadline.

• Controlling all tax accounting postings with consulting to Chief Accountant.

• Controlling and coordinating responsible parties for all foreign suppliers’ necessary documents in order to make payments.

• Quarterly check the correctness of calculations and filling of declarations on Individual Income Tax, Social Tax, Pension Fund, Social Insurance (residents, non-residents).

• Accounting and tax reporting on withholding at source of payment from non-residents, the VAT for the non-resident (if needed).

• Accounting and tax reporting under the VAT, including filling of registers and declarations under the VAT (if needed).

• Monitoring of tax obligations.

• Tracing of deadlines of the tax reporting and innovations.

• Perform other tasks of line manager.

Requirements:

• Higher education (finance/economics);
• Experience min. 2-3 years
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Advanced MS Office user (Knowledge of MS Excel should be intermediate)
• Good knowladge of English language
• Knowledge of SAP would be an additional plus
