We are looking for a talented business analyst to join our Imunify360 team.

You will work in close partnership with our development and product teams to create and maintain our online documentation, in-product user assistance, and key internal documentation.

Work is fully remote, with flexible hours, where you can plan your day and work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibility:

• Create specifications, user documentation, wireframes, help systems

• Active participation in the process of development and support of special and technical documentation for the company's software products in English

• Interaction with the development team to clarify and interpret documentation requirements

• Regularly update documentation in accordance with software releases

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience writing specifications / technical documentation

• Experience with hosting control panels

• Higher technical / linguistic education

• Advanced English level with excellent writing skills

• Understanding of Linux

• Knowledge and trends UI / UX

• Experience with prototyping web interfaces

• Experience with Axure from the 1st year

• Strong understanding of technical material and attention to details

• Knowledge of design standards and documentation development technologies

• High level of understanding of the work of web-interfaces and interaction options of interface elements

• The average level of representation of the client-server interaction

• Ability to read php / python / js program code as a plus

General skills:

• Strong self-motivation, ability to deliver results under a limited supervision

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Open to and values collaboration and feedback from others

• Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions

• Ability to independently analyze a task and find a right solution

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
