The Position

The primary purpose of the role is supporting execute stock deferral programs, acting as a plan administrator and main contact point for the participants. The applicant will be responsible for the full planning and reporting in respect of the stock programs. Due to seasonality of the stock plans, the role assumes involvement in other benefits and mobility administration. The applicant will be required to work as part of a team as well as independently on a number of different activities simultaneously. This is a maternity-cover.

Principal Responsibilities

Prepare, originate and run new stock program cycle, as well as provide regular vesting execution, including, but not limited to:

• validation of the plan documents and liaison with internal Legal teams;
• interaction with the fund / trust on the stock price;
• running the committees to approve the plan parameters;
• calculation of number of stock to be distributed to participants;
• issuing plan documents in the system and distribution to the participants;
• interaction with the plan broker;
• calculation of dividends,
• supporting stock tracker;
• supporting stock buy-out process for new employees;
• supporting the fund / trust in annual audit process related to stock program operations.

Manage day-to-day communication between parties involved. Provide general support to the Reward (Compensation and benefits) team with the matters related to stock program information. Involvement into benefits administration.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• Employee Reward / Compensation background with international firm will be a clear advantage;
• Experience in stock programs / share plans / LTIs administration is a plus;
• Articulate and confident, able to clearly communicate with internal colleagues and counterparties;
• Discrete when handling confidential data and employee issues;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functionality and working with big amounts of data;
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, Russian and English.
