We are:

Dania Accounting is an accounting company located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The company started in the year 2000, and has provided accounting services to more than 1500 companies.

In addition to our employees in Denmark, we have young and dynamic accounting teams working in Poland, Ukraine and in Hong Kong.

At the moment we are hiring 5 new accountants for our office in Kiev, and also we are looking for freelancers all around Ukraine, that would like to work remotely (“work from home”).

We train all our new employees and freelancers in accounting, current VAT and tax rules.

The candidates we are looking for:

* Has a relevant degree or some experience with accounting
* Pays attention to detail
* Likes to take on new responsibilities
* Works independently
* Are motivated to learn and develop
* Speaks and writes English (not to perfection, but good enough to communicate with clients)

Job description:

After a paid training period of 3-6 months, depending on your current level of experience, you will be allocated a number of clients, that you are responsible for.
Depending on the client requirements, your daily tasks can include:

* Working in the 3 biggest accounting systems used by companies in Denmark
* Working in the 3 biggest payroll systems used by companies in Denmark
* Advising clients on tax and VAT issues
* Retrieving information from the Danish tax office
* Booking sales invoices
* Booking cost invoices
* Paying bills for clients
* Matching payments from customers with sales invoices
* Sending reminders and statements to customers
* Reconciliation of bank accounts
* Declaring VAT
* Making payrolls
* Preparing for annual audit
* Making annual reports for sole proprietors and limited liability companies
* Making tax declarations
* Assisting with tax inspections
* And other relevant tasks

Training will be paid and given in all areas mentioned above, prior to you solving them on your own.

So if you have not worked with these tasks before, then we will teach you.

You are responsible for planning deadlines and taking care of your own clients.

Salary:

* We offer a paid training period in the first 3-6 months, depending on your current skills.

* During these month we offer a starting salary of:

Accountant with little or no experience: 13.000-16.000 UAH gross
Accountant with +2 years of experience: 16.000-22.000 UAH gross
Accountant with +5 years of experience: 22.000-30.000 UAH gross

* After your training period, we will negotiate a new salary for you.

* You will get a normal employment contract and stable employment conditions.
